What are you selling?

We are selling digital vector files, that you can use with a vector software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Inkscape and more. Those files can be used to design and print your own skin/decal for your cell phone, video game controller or console and other electronic devices.

In what file format will I receive my template?

All of our files are in Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format. This file can be opened with most vector software. If for some reason you cannot open it and would prefer another file format (ex: eps, cdr, ai) please contact us. This SVG file is the exact size for your device.

Should I expect a package?

We know all the excitement of receiving a package in the mail but unfortunately due to the nature of our product that will not be the case. Our item is a digital file. Once you complete your transaction, you will receive an email with a link to download it.

When and how should I expect to receive my file?

All of our items are digital files that will be sent to you electronically. Once your order is completed you will automatically be emailed a link for your template. Note this download link will only be available for 15 days. In case you didn't receive the email, please verify your spam folder. If this persists, please contact us.

What is your refund policy?

Please make your purchase carefully as you will receive the files immediately and therefore, we do not accept returns due to the nature of these items. But we can help you with any problems you may be experiencing with your download. Please, do not hesitate to contact us.
